Wrongful Death Suit Dropped Against Caitlyn Jenner

The wrongful death suit against Caitlyn Jenner has been dismissed.

In February 2015, Jenner’s SUV rear-ended two cars on the Pacific Coast Highway. The rear ending resulted in Kim Howe’s vehicle being pushed into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Hummer. Howe, who was 69, died.

Howe’s stepchildren (Dana Redmond and William Howe) sued Jenner in May. At the time, investigators determined Jenner was traveling at an unsafe speed for the conditions at the time.

No additional details about the dismissal have been made available in the court records.

The Olympic gold medalist has settled another case filed by the other driver involved in the crash.
